It must be accepted that the people in the world are allowing the their wives to go out and earn to supplement the expenses of the house and that is the reason most of the items are being purchased from the open market and consumed in the house and some rich families are engaging domestic servants to carry out work in the kitchen so that the women could also go to their work place in time. And that could be one of the reason of widespread diseases of members in the house.

We all know that the domestic servants are not keeping cleanliness in the house and most of the domestic servants do not know minimum principles cleanliness. Similarly the people engaged in factories and industries may not be maintaining cleanliness and the materials prepared in factories shall be reaching the consumers after so many days and thus we cannot ensure freshness in the articles. The people who are getting fresh food from their own kitchen which is prepared by the women in the house is more fresh and more clean and there are very low chances of turning the same unhealthy for consumption. We have noted that the people who are living with their families and are consuming food prepared at their own houses live long and healthy life and they are also happy and satisfied and the people who are taking their food outside and are not having a hot kitchen at their own house live a short life and they are not having good health too. They often catch illness and they live a short life. They are not happy with their life too.

It is in interest of each one of us to have marriage and then keep the marriage intact. There should be no break and there should be no dispute between the husband and his wife. Both should live a happy life and that is possible if both are honest and faithful to each other. The man should take up the job of earning money for the family and the wife should be deployed at the house to run the family administration. She must give birth to the children and then bring them up. She must be responsible to see that all are getting up in time, are taking their bath in time and are ready to go out and she must arrange their breakfast in time and she must be keeping ready the lunch, the supper and the dinner for them. She must keep the house neat and clean and everything should be placed at the place prescribed for that thing so that there should be no difficulty in locating an article. She must keep the clothes ready for use and if someone is ill, he must be looked after by the ladies in the house.

The man should be free to work and he should not be burdened with domestic work and worries. The woman in the house must take up all the responsibilities of the house so that the man could take the work with heart and soul and he should be allowed to rise at work place. The men who have got no worries from the home side are often healthy and competent and they are seen rising at their work places. The method explained here had been adopted by our forefathers and that is the reason they had been living long life and since we are a generation of worried people, we are not living a happy and long life. Most of us remain ill and consumption of medicines is on the higher side. If the people start having food prepared at their houses, they shall be consuming less medicines and they shall be living long and health life. The people of the world should think over this matter once again and they should leave the woman for domestic work provided she is given the same honour which the man has got in the house. She should not be placed and be compelled to have second position in the house. She is not domestic servant and in some societies, she is considered as the better half of man and in the Indian society she has been designated as the ‘ghar wali’ i.e. owner of the house. In Indian society she has been allowed to merge in her man and become one with him….Ranjha Ranjha Kardi Ni Mein Aape ranjha hoi’.
